This is a bronze statue of the dancing Hindu god, Rama. The deity is shown in a powerful, leaping posture on a tiered base. He has multiple arms, with his two main hands holding a bow and arrow, which are his primary attributes. His other hands hold objects such as a discus and a conch shell. He is richly adorned with a short, pleated garment and elaborate jewelry.

The face has a powerful, almost fierce expression, befitting a divine warrior. He wears a tall, ornate headdress and has a stylized mustache and beard.

The dancing or leaping pose symbolizes divine action and cosmic energy. The bow and arrow are the iconic attributes of Rama, the righteous king and a central figure in the Ramayana epic. This statue represents Rama's strength and his role in upholding cosmic order. The style, with its dynamic pose and intricate ornamentation, is characteristic of Khmer art.

The surface of the bronze has a dark, rich patina with some lighter highlights that emphasize the muscular form and the intricate details of the clothing. This unique and powerful piece is a superb example of Hindu iconography in Southeast Asian art, bringing a sense of divine power and righteousness to any space.
