At Phnom Da, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our authentic Cambodian crafts.

Refund Eligibility: We offer refunds only if your item arrives broken or damaged during shipping. To request a refund, email phnomda88@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, providing your order number and photos/video of the damaged item and packaging.

No Refund After Purchase: All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, minor cosmetic imperfections in handmade items, or personalized/custom-made crafts.

Exceptions to the Policy: Refunds may be granted in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion, such as legal obligations, company errors (e.g., wrong item shipped), or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters).

Non-Refundable Costs: Shipping fees (unless the error is ours) and duties/taxes for international orders are non-refundable.
